Camp Outline

Our beach camps are designed by High Performance Director, and Former National Beach Team member, Mike Plantinga. Mike’s expertise in beach volleyball is extensive, creating impactful athlete experiences through our camps. While the focus is on learning general volleyball as well as beach volleyball specific skills, it is important for campers to enjoy their summer with all types of summer activities.

Campers age range is from 7-13 years old, each week the kids will learn their basic volleyball skills (passing, setting, serving, spiking, defence) they will have the opportunity to use them in different volleyball game type drills at the end of each day. Campers will be grouped with others at similar age and skill level.

Daily Water Activities in addition to volleyball provide campers with a physical and mental break as well as in some circumstances a break from the summer heat. Based on the daily conditions campers will swim either at the local municipal pool (Donald D Summerville Olympic Pool), or Lake Ontario. Swimming activities will be supervised by Galaxy coaches and in designated lifeguarded areas.

Campers will also get the opportunity to do Stand Up Paddle (SUP) provided by WSUP Toronto one or two (1-2) times during the week, subject to water and weather quality.

All camps run 9am-4pm (drop off/pick up are 15 min before/after)

Registration Fee

$435 per week for a 5 day camp
$360 per week for a 4 day camp
$260 per week for Half Day AM (9am-noon) or PM (1-4pm)

Location

Ashbridges Bay (1561 Lakeshore Blvd. E.) volleyball courts in the eastern part of Toronto at the SE Corner of Coxwell Ave. & Lakeshore Blvd.

Refund/Cancelation Policy.

A full refund for any camp can and will be applied up to 2 weeks prior to the start of camp.
Half refund will be applied within 1 week of start date
No refunds after the camp has started.
We will adjust weeks for campers with a $25 admin fee.

Camps will run through all weather conditions, during the event of lightning campers will be taken to a shelter and do team building activities until it is safe to resume play on the sand.
